List Poem
A list poem is a poem written as a list. It does not have to rhyme but it should have a beginning, middle, and an end. Choose something that makes you happy, list all of the reasons it makes you happy, and then turn it into a poem. For my example, I wrote about my animals.

My Zoo
By: Ms. Baldwin

My zoo has lots of animals
My pitbull princess
Where the Wild Things are Max
Tink the terrier
Stacy the grumpy chihuahua
Dewey the toothless cat
Henry the troublemaker
Floyd the watch cat
Alice in Wonderland
Kraken the kitten
Cedric the bearded dragon
Sparky the turtle who misses his students
And hopefully some baby chicks!
